We deeply value our partnership with our Australian partners and customers and are committed to supporting you. To ensure we can continue delivering the high-quality products you rely on, we are implementing a pricing adjustment for the Australian market, effective February 18, 2026.
Why We Are Making This Change
At NeoGenesis, we strive to keep our products accessible. Over the past decade, we have only implemented one price increase, absorbing rising operational, packaging, and ingredient costs whenever possible.
However, the cost of our most advanced ingredients has risen significantly over the last three years. To maintain the quality and efficacy of our formulas, it is necessary to pass along a small portion of these costs.
What to Expect
We have structured these adjustments carefully to minimize impact:
- Product Sizes: In general, price increases decrease as the product size increases. For example, the 30 mL Recovery serum will see a smaller percentage increase (3%) compared to the 15 mL size.
- Travel Sizes: The largest adjustments apply to travel sizes. These changes are necessary to align with production costs and ensure these convenient options remain available.
- Future Approach: Moving forward, we plan to implement smaller, more regular adjustments. This will make pricing changes more predictable and easier for you to plan around.
