d. Sale items are only available at the lower price whilst stocks last and during the designated sale period.
e. We take all reasonable care to ensure that all details and prices of products on the online NeoGenesis Shop are correct at the time of online publication. However, we reserve the right to correct any publishing errors on the website and cancel orders made at the incorrect price and or claim.
Product availability
f. Some of the products and offers available on our website may not be available at some NeoGenesis authorized resellers.
g. Please check the availability of the item you wish to purchase. All in stock items are promoted in good faith to be available at at the time the order is received.
h. The availability indicator applies to single items only, and where multiples are purchased, the shipment of the total order may be delayed.
i. Once we have received your order, you will receive a confirmation email confirming receipt of your order. This is not a guarantee of availability.
j. Items marked as pre-order will generally be dispatched on the day prior to the release date. Where an order contains additional items, the entire order will be dispatched once the pre-order stock is available.
3. PROMO CODES
a. We may from time to time offer promotional codes which may apply in respect of any, or certain specified, purchases made though this website. The conditions of use relating to any discount code will be specified at the time of issue. Eligibility may also be based on meeting a minimum spend requirement or being a member of the NeoGenesis Website. When entered on the shopping cart page, the appropriate discount is deducted from the cart total or an offer.
b. In some cases the promotion will apply automatically, without the need for a promo code to be entered. An example is free delivery for a certain order total. The discount is recorded on the shopping cart page.
c. Please note that some promo codes may have a restricted usage, and may not be combined with other promotions.
d. Where a refund is issued on an order containing a promo code, the refund will match the amount tendered, net of the promo code discount.
e. Where “free delivery” is specified, the method of delivery will be at NeoGenesis’s absolute discretion.
4. RETURNS, REFUNDS & EXCHANGES
Returns.
All skin care products purchased directly from NeoGenesis through our Customer Service Representatives or Online Ordering have a 100% money back guarantee within the first 60 days of use. Please contact the NeoGenesis Customer Service Department at +61 (2) 82033339 for instructions on any returns. Due to the nature of hair loss and the many systemic and nutritional causes for hair loss and thinning, we are unable to offer a money-back guarantee on our hair care products, which include Hair Thickening Serum, NeoLash, and NeoBrow. For more information on our hair care products, please contact Customer Service to learn more about the conditions that our hair care products have had success in treating.
We do not offer a money-back guarantee for Erase The Day makeup remover.
If you receive an item or items from NeoGenesis that have been damaged during shipment, a shipping error, or a manufacturers defect, you may return it within 30 days of receipt of the item(s) to NeoGenesis for a full refund or exchange. Contact us at +61 (2) 82033339 within 30 days of receipt to qualify for a no-charge pickup. One of our Customer Service representatives will provide you with simple instructions for returning the item(s). Please have the invoice ready when you call. A copy of the invoice must accompany all returns. A replacement item will be shipped to you once the return has been received and inspected.
Please report items that are damaged or missing within 3 days of delivery.
